would suggest that you could be even more transparent in your About Us section on how your prices are low with sustaining as a legit business. when asked from your Customer Service team that same question and what they said made sense to me. However, your explanation that because packaging and physical delivery and CD needn’t , doesn’t sound like a clear enough response to most people and thus, they will still be suspicious.
